Get credit memo render
Retrieves one render of a saved credit memo so you can poll it until status is terminal. A render that does not belong to the memo returns a 404.

Where to go next with one render. self re-reads it,
cancel is present only while it can still be stopped, and
pdf appears once the render has succeeded.
