List all borrower owners

Lists the borrower’s owners and officers as evidenced by its extracted tax returns, one entry per principal, highest ownership percentage first. Each entry carries the name and any name variants seen, the ownership percentage, an evidence label, the source document id, and the tax form behind it. The response is a bare array rather than an envelope. Requires a plan that includes counterparty analysis; other plans get a 403.
