List all borrower owners

Lists the borrower’s owners and officers as evidenced by its extracted tax returns, one entry per principal, highest ownership percentage first. Each entry carries the name and any name variants seen, the ownership percentage, an evidence label, the source document id, and the tax form behind it. The response is a bare array rather than an envelope. Requires a plan that includes counterparty analysis; other plans get a 403.

Requires the extractions:read scope. Rate limit: 200 requests per minute per key (the api lane).

The principal's name, in its canonical spelling.

The ownership percentage as the K-1 prints it, from 0 to 100: a partner’s Box J percentage or a shareholder’s Item G stock ownership. Null when the source carries none, as for an officer.

evidencestring or nullOptional

The label of the source that evidences the principal, for example 2024 1065 K-1 or 2024 1120-S Officer.

source_doc_idstring or nullOptional
The extracted document the principal was read from. Null when the source is not a document, and for an embed session when that document sits on another loan.
k1_formstring or nullOptional

The tax form the principal was minted from: 1065 | 1120s | 1120, or null when unknown.

aliaseslist of strings or nullOptional
The entity's normalized name variants. Null when none.
