Delete an extracted document

Permanently deletes an extracted document, its line items, and its stored source and extraction files. There is no undo, which is the point: this is the endpoint for honoring a data deletion request at document granularity. The processing job record and the originally uploaded file can be shared with other documents from the same upload, so those go when the loan is deleted rather than here.

Requires the documents:delete scope. Rate limit: 200 requests per minute per key (the api lane).
