Export an extracted document

Exports one document’s extraction as a downloadable file. Pass format=csv for flat line item rows or format=json for the same body the retrieve endpoints return, both following the export value conventions under Getting Started. There is no xlsx here: use the async export operation (POST /api/async-operations/extraction_export) for that, and for any document past 10,000 line items, which this endpoint turns away with a 413. Requires a key with the extractions:export scope.
