# The Borrower Owner object

> An owner surfaced from a borrower's documents, with identity, ownership share, and the documents that support it.

A collected view, not a document: the borrower's owners as evidenced by its
extracted tax returns. List-only, so there is no per-document retrieve.

The list endpoint returns an array of these objects.

## Attributes

* `registry_entity_id`: the owner's stable identity across documents.
* `name` and `aliases`: the owner's name and the variants seen across
  documents.
* `ownership_percent`: the ownership share the evidence states.
* `evidence`: the label describing what establishes the ownership.
* `k1_form`: which K-1 form the evidence rode in on, when it was a K-1.
* `source_doc_id`: the document the evidence came from.

The shape is declared on the endpoint's response schema, an array of these
objects; every key listed above is stated there.
